起重機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)的潤滑 Lubrication of mechanisms
起重設(shè)備潤滑情況的好壞，直接影響起重機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)的正常運(yùn)行和生產(chǎn)工藝流程的正常進(jìn)行，對延長機(jī)構(gòu)壽命和促進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)有密切關(guān)系。因此，使用和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)必須經(jīng)常檢查各潤滑點(diǎn)的潤滑情況，按時(shí)補(bǔ)充和更換潤滑油脂。
The lubrication condition of lifting equipment directly influences the normal operation of mechanisms of the crane and production technology process and has a close relationship with prolonging the lifespan of mechanisms and promoting safety production. Therefore, it is essential to regularly inspect the lubrication condition at all lubricating points and supplement and replace the lubricating grease on time.
(一)起重設(shè)備各潤滑點(diǎn)的分布 Distribution of all lubricating points of the lifting equipment
1. 吊鉤軸 hook shaft
2. 減速器 reducer
3. 軸承箱 bearing box
4. 電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承 motor bearing
5. 夾軌器、齒輪絲桿和各節(jié)點(diǎn) rail clamping device, screw rod of the gear and joints
(二)起重機(jī)必須采用合適的潤滑油脂，定期潤滑和及時(shí)更換。潤滑裝置和各潤滑點(diǎn)必須保持清潔。下表是各機(jī)構(gòu)主要零部件潤滑時(shí)間的一般規(guī)定和推薦用的潤滑材料。
The crane must adopt suitable lubricating grease to regulary lubricate the machine and it should be replaced timely. The lubricating device and lubricating points should be kept clean. The following table is the general provisions of the main components of mechanisms and recommended lubricating materials.

情增加或減少規(guī)定的潤滑時(shí)間，表中系按中級(jí)工作類型給出的；
According to different types of work (light or intermediate rank) of the crane and conditions of operational area and occasions, it is allowed to increase or decrease the stipulated lubrication time. In the table, it bases on intermediate type of work.
3. 潮濕地區(qū)因其親水性強(qiáng)不宜用納基潤滑脂；
Sodium soap grease is not suitable to use in humid area because of its strong hydrophilic property.
